The cleversoft group has reportedly completed its acquisition of Fineksus, which is the provider of financial messaging and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions in Turkey and the Middle East, after having received all the necessary regulatory approvals.

The combination of both firms brings together cleversoft’s regulatory technology portfolio with Fineksus’ expertise in “real-time transaction monitoring and fraud prevention.”

Clients will reportedly gain access to Fineksus´ financial messaging, real-time transaction monitoring and fraud prevention services.

The companies will integrate these capabilities into a unified AML suite – seamlessly “connecting customer onboarding, sanction checking via fraud detection, case management and Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) reporting.”

The Fineksus management team will remain in their current roles, and the company will “continue to operate under the Fineksus brand, ensuring consistent leadership, operations, and market presence.”

Ahmet Dincer, CEO of Fineksus, will join the executive board of cleversoft group as a shareholder alongside founder and CEO Florian Clever.
